Shipping Policies – The Mobile Workshop

1. Delivery areas

We ship our products to France and certain European Union countries, as well as internationally. If your country is not listed in our destination list, please contact us to see if shipping is possible.

2. Order processing times

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

3. Delivery times and costs

We offer several delivery options:

(France / Switzerland / Belgium / Luxembourg)

  • Standard delivery (3 to 10 working days): €1.99
  • Free delivery for purchases over €20

(Canada)

  • Standard delivery (3 to 10 business days): $3.99
  • Free delivery on purchases of $20 or more

Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on peak periods and carriers.

4. Carriers used

We work with reliable carriers such as La Poste, Colissimo and Mondial Relay to ensure fast and secure delivery.

5. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number . You can track your package directly on the website of the chosen carrier.

6. Delivery problems

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@lateliermobileapp.com with your order number. We will do our best to resolve the situation with the carrier.

If a package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend that you:

  • Check with your neighbors or caretaker
  • Contact the carrier directly
  • Write to us if the problem persists

7. Incorrect address or unclaimed package

Please check your shipping address carefully before finalizing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

8. Damaged Products or Order Errors

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos. We will offer you a prompt solution (replacement or refund).
